Does it work with my website builder?
Yes. SkinVizo is one script tag, so it works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a hand-built site — anywhere you can add a snippet of code. It runs in its own isolated container (Shadow DOM and its own frame), so it won’t clash with your theme’s styles.
Is it a medical diagnosis?
No. SkinVizo gives an AI estimate of visible skin features to start a conversation with your clinic. It is not a medical diagnosis and the report shows a disclaimer saying so. Treatment decisions stay with your practitioners.
What happens to the photos?
Visitors give consent before the camera opens. By default the photo is deleted once the analysis is finished. It is kept only if the visitor separately agrees to let your clinic keep it.
Which languages are supported?
The widget is available in English, Spanish, German and Bengali, and visitors can switch language themselves.
What if we go over our included scans?
Nothing stops working. Extra scans are charged per scan at your plan’s rate, billed in small blocks as you go, so there are no surprise jumps to a bigger plan.
Can we use our own branding and domain?
Every plan uses your logo and colours. Higher plans remove “Powered by SkinVizo”, let you run the widget on your own domain, and — on full white label — send emails from your own domain.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with 3 days free, with up to 20 scans to try it on your own website. A card is needed to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Billing. Reports stay watermarked until your practitioner is verified.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
